This Privacy Policy explains what information Development Lens ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by 360° Consulting Inc., collects when you use developlens.com and our assessment tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. Development Lens provides leadership development and reflection assessments for individuals, teams, and the consultants who work with them.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and organization when you create an account or are invited to one, and authentication details when you sign in with a provider such as Google.
Assessment information: the context you set, your self-ratings, and your responses to items and scenarios.
Rater feedback: when you are invited to give feedback on a leader, the ratings you submit. Rater responses are pooled with others in the same group before results are shown, and the leader never sees an individual rater's answers.
Usage information: basic technical data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.
Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

To provide the assessments, generate reports, and manage rater invitations.
To send transactional messages such as invitations, reminders, and results notifications.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
To improve the quality and reliability of our assessments.

How results are shared

Individual assessment results are available to the participant and to the consultant or administrator managing the engagement, according to the settings of that engagement.
Rater feedback is only ever shown in aggregate. Where a group is too small, it is combined with another group so that no individual can be singled out.
Assessments are development and reflection tools. Unless an assessment is explicitly marked as validated, results must not be used for selection or promotion decisions.

How we share information with others

Service providers: we use trusted vendors to host the platform, send email, and process payments. They may process data only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Rater identities and response tokens are protected so that participants only see aggregate counts, never individual rater identities or answers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

International users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

Children

Development Lens is intended for use by professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
